Mission of Family counseling services:
Is to deliver family-centered, mental health services to families and individuals with limited resources in the Rio Grande Valley. The services will be offered as one component of an integrated health care system. FCS affirms the cultural diversity among those served. FCS will provide care for persons without regard to religious affiliation or beliefs, race, national origin, age, sexual orientation or any disability for which we have the capacity to provide services.
